This competition focuses on fostering creativity and bringing to the spotlight commercially promising, environmentally-focused technologies generated by the finest minds at UC San Diego. Supported through the generosity of The William and Kathryn Scripps Family Foundation Inc., the program is presented through a partnership with the Rady School of Management, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and the Jacobs School of Engineering, and is open to the entire campus.

The I-Corps program develops and nurtures a national innovation ecosystem built upon fundamental research and the development of technologies, products, processes, and services that benefit society. The Spring 2023 cohort will be hosted virtually by Arizona State University. Accepted teams will complete a fully remote, 5-week training .

Workshop Dates: March 17, 2023 - April 14, 2023

Sessions will be held on Fridays 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST via Zoom.  

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, March 15.

IGE invites early-stage startups to learn more about bringing their medical technology to the market. Apply to our 12-week intensive boot camp where teams will learn about the process of bringing their medical technology to market and hear from industry experts who will provide guidance on the process. The final week's session will be team presentations in front of a panel of judges.

*The first 5 sessions will be following the NSF I-Corps Curriculum, applicants will automatically be considered for the I-Corps program after filling out this application*  

IGE is re-imagining the acceleration of Medical Innovation and Entrepreneurship. IGE invites early-stage startups to learn more about bringing their medical technology to the market. This 10-week BootCamp will help you navigate the complex processes of bringing medical innovations to market.
