The Triton Sustainability Challenge is back and is open to current students, faculty, and staff across UC San Diego. This year's Challenge will feature 2 tracks:

Advanced and/or Research-based - $25,000 prize pool
Early stage - $5,000

Previous applicants who were non-winners are welcome to reapply. All applicants are encouraged to participate in the NSF I-CORPS™ winter program focused on sustainability; more information is available here.

Offered by the NSF I-Corps Desert and Pacific Region, this engaging virtual program is designed to help innovators build confidence in their ideas through proven customer discovery methods. Across four interactive Zoom sessions, participants learn how to identify real customer needs, evaluate problem solution fit, and strengthen the foundation for future commercialization.

The MedTech Accelerator by IGE is re-imagining the acceleration of Medical Innovation and Entrepreneurship here at UCSD. Our proprietary Stage One Program helps UCSD-affiliated startups navigate the complex processes of bringing deep tech-medical innovations to market.
